Mission: Accomplished

My mission to relax and rejuvenate was successful. I played tennis on plexi and clay surface tennis courts followed by the certified purification ritual at the Golden Door spa. I hiked the nature trails, indulged in chef Wendy Little's culinary delights at Bogey's and LaTilla.
Truly, an exquisite weekend even if I didn't meet Rafael Nadal. These courts, the food and the companionship of my family made history.

Wow, what a beautiful place to relax. I bet your tennis game was better just by playing on courts that nice. How did the clay feel? Too bad about Rafael not being there. What was he thinking?

Yes, it was gorgeous. The clay courts were outstanding and so much fun. The clay felt great and the ball really plays differently than on hardcourt. Too bad for Raffa, he obviously missed a fantastic weekend. Next stop: grass courts!
