The WRITE Stuff Event is WRITE Around the corner

April 10th sounds like it is a month away, but between spring break, Easter and Passover, it will be here before we know it.

The place to be on April 10th is the Chandler Public Library. The Scottsdale Society of Women Writers will present their annual writing workshop. I am honored to be one of four presenters.

"WRITE to the Heart of the Matter" will jump start your writing and elevate anything you write about to the next level. My presentation covers every genre including writing about family history. We will have some fun with hands-on exercises to get your blood pumping to your target zone for creativity.

Dee Dees, the lifestorylady.com, will follow up with memoir writing which is sure to be an inspiration for family historians, too.

Patricia Brooks and Robin Reynolds fill out the agenda with top notch information on publishing, marketing and social networking. All of this information is essential for genealogists who intend to leave a legacy. Don't miss it. Sign up today.

Emmitt Smith is next on "Who Do You Think You are?":

and I anxiously await tomorrow night. Can they keep the momentum of genealogy going? I think Lisa Kudrow is off to a fantastic start with this series. She has the right celebrities in place to make this seven part series an on-going event.

Be sure to watch it Friday night.
